NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 28, 2023, and entered in Case No. 2022-CA-007602-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida in which Mortgage Assets Management, LLC, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Sylene S. Forbes aka Sylene Synthelmo Forbes, deceased, United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Sylene Synthelmo Forbes, Jr, Cynthia Waters, Dorothy Forbes, Shawna Forbes aka Shawna Shealey, Tasha Forbes, Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Orange County, State of Florida , are defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, Orange County, Florida at 11:00am on the November 28, 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
