Lots 1152A and 1153, of South Punta Gorda Heights 1st Addition, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 17, Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Dane T. Stanish, Esq., attorney for Add Value Development, LLC, whose address is 3475 Sheridan St., Suite 209, Hollywood, Fl 33021, and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court on or before December 8, 2023, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once a week for four consecutive weeks in the Business Observer, a newspaper of general circulation in Charlotte County.
