YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a Joint Petition for Termination of Parental Rights and Adoption by Stepparent (amended) and Notice of Final Hearing on January 23, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. has been filed against you and that you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Mara Shaughnessy, Esquire, Petitioner's attorney, whose address is 618 E. Bloomingdale Avenue, Brandon, FL 33511, on or before DECEMBER 15, 2023, and file the original with the clerk of this Court at Manatee County Judicial Center, 1051 Manatee Avenue West Bradenton, Florida 34205 either before service on Petitioner's attorney or immediately thereafter; If you fail to do so, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
The minor children's DOB and place of birth are identified as follows: 6/16/11 in Wichita, KS. The physical description of Respondent: White female: age 35; blonde hair; 5'5: 120 lbs., tattoo sleeve on left arm, and whose present address is unknown. Under section 63.089 of the Florida Statutes, failure to file a written response to this notice with the court or to appear at this hearing constitutes grounds upon which the court shall end any parental rights you may have regarding minor children.
Copies of all court documents in this case, including orders, are available at the Clerk of the Circuit Court's office. Yon may review these documents upon request.
You must keep the Clerk of the Circuit Court's office notified of your current address. (You may file Designation of Current Mailing and E-Mail Address/ Florida Supreme Court Approved Family Law Form 12.915.) Future papers in this lawsuit will be mailed or e-mailed to the addresses on record at the clerk's office.
