NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 24, 2023 in Case No. 2021-CA-008455, in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein AYERSWORTH GLEN 3A HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and TONY HAROLD ULRICH JR., UNKNOWN TENANT #1 n/k/a Edwin Vasquez, and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 n/k/a Mandy Vazquez are the Defendants, that the Polk County Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder(s) for cash at public sale at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 20, 2023, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the following property, as set forth in the Final Judgment:
Lot 103, Block 27 as shown on plat entitled “AYERSWORTH GLEN PHASE 3A” and recorded with the clerk of the circuit Court, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida in Book 127, Page 75 with the following street address: 14444 Haddon Mist Drive, Wimauma, FL 33598
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owners as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
