NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered October 25, 2023 in Civil Case No. 22-CA-003806 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, wherein BROKER SOLUTIONS INC. DBA NEW AMERICAN FUNDING is Plaintiff and SARAH ANTIONETTE COLELLA, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, Kevin C. Karnes, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 6 day of December, 2023 at 9:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lots 23 and 24, Block 2318, Cape Coral Unit 36, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 112, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
