NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit No. 1403, and the undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of PINEWOOD VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM, as recorded in O.R. Book 4648, Pages 294-364, amended in O.R. Book 4680, Page 1111, and all amendments thereto, and the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 27, Pages 5-8, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 601 N. Hercules Avenue, #1403, Clearwater, Florida, 33765.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on December 21, 2023.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed.
