YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed by Plaintiff, EAGLES NEST RESIDENTS, INC., a Florida corporation, seeking foreclosure of the following real property:
Lot 17, of EAGLES NEST RESIDENTS, INC., a Florida profit corporation, according to Exhibit “C-2” (Plot Plan) of the Certificate as to Master Occupancy Agreement recorded in Official Records Book 8399, Page 637, et seq., Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida (the “Master Agreement”). (the “Unit”);
TOGETHER WITH that certain Membership Certificate Number 17 issued by the Cooperative to Romeo Montojo, evidencing their percentage interest in the Cooperative, and any other incident of ownership arising therefrom (the “Certificate”);
TOGETHER WITH that certain Mobile Home situated on the Lot (the “Mobile Home”).
The street address of the Property is 7801 34th Avenue North, Lot 17, St. Petersburg, Florida 33710, and the Parcel Identification Number of the Property is 12/31/15/23785/000/0170.
and you are required to serve a copy of a written defense, if any, to Andrew MrBride, Esq., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 100 North Tampa Street, Suite 4000, Tampa, Florida 33602, within 30 days from the first date of publication of this Notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in Plaintiff's Complaint.
