NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That pursuant to a Writ of Execution issued in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, on the 12th day of September A.D., 2023, in the cause wherein, Leaf Funding, was plaintiff(s) and Eagle Development of St. Petersburg, Inc., a Florida Corporation and Tammara Rubino, were defendant(s), being Case No 52-2010-CA-001142XXCICI in the said Court, I, Bob Gualtieri, as Sheriff of Pinellas County, Florida, have levied upon all right, title and interest of the above named defendant(s), Tammara Rubino a/k/a Tammara K. Rubino, and subject to a judgment lien, in and to the following described real property located and situated in Pinellas County, Florida, to-wit:
