You are hereby notified that a Petition under oath has been filed in the above-styled Court for the termination of your parental rights and commitment of the child for subsequent adoption of G.R., a female child, born on July 11, 2015, in Spring Hill, Hernando County, Florida. You are hereby commanded to appear before a Judge of the Circuit Court, the Honorable James V. Pierce, at the Pinellas County Justice Center, Annex Courtroom B, 14250 49th Street North, Clearwater, Florida 33762, on Thursday, January 11, 2024 at 9:30 a.m., or as soon thereafter as Counsel may be heard on its Advisory Hearing as to the Mother, Angelia Rodgers, and Adjudicatory Hearing on the State of Florida's Petition for Termination of Parental Rights.
FAILURE TO PERSONALLY APPEAR AT THIS HEARING CONSTITUTES CONSENT TO THE TERMINATION OF YOUR PARENTAL RIGHTS OF THIS CHILD. IF YOU FAIL TO APPEAR ON THE DATE AND TIME SPECIFIED YOU MAY LOSE ALL LEGAL RIGHTS AS A PARENT TO THE CHILD NAMED IN THE PETITION. AN ATTORNEY CANNOT APPEAR FOR YOU. YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO BE REPRESENTED BY A LAWYER. IF YOU CANNOT AFFORD ONE, THE COURT WILL APPOINT ONE FOR YOU.
