NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered November 8, 2023 in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, the Clerk shall sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
Lot 21, ORCHARD PARK, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 46, Page 76, Public Records of Orange County, Florida., and the fixtures and appliances contained therein.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the 14th day of December, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at the Orange County Clerk of Courts, 425 N. Orange Ave., Suite 310, Orlando, FL 32901 in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the foreclosure sale.
