NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 16, 2023, and entered in Case No. 2022-CA-008666-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida in which Towd Point Mortgage Trust 2019-3, U.S. Bank National Association, as Indenture Trustee, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Lee Griffin a/k/a Lee Etta Griffin, deceased, Alhambra Club Management, Inc., Alfred Rolle, Alfonzo Rolle, Andrea Young, Jaquashia Allen, Lorenzo Allen III, Orange County, Florida, Clerk of the Court, are defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, Orange County, Florida at 11:00am on the December 7, 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
