NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2022CA000788000000 of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR MORTGAGE ASSETS MANAGEMENT SERIES I TRUST, Plaintiff, and, UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF MARGARET CHASTAIN A/K/A MARGARET A. CHASTAIN A/K/A MARGARET ANNE CHASTAIN, DECEASED, et al. are Defendants, Clerk of the Circuit Court Stacy M. Butterfield, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.POLK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 A.M., on the 27th day of December, 2023, the following described property:
UNIT C-327, LAKESIDE VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM II, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2006, PAGES 127 THROUGH 183; INCLUSIVE, AND THE DRAWINGS THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 5, PAGES 30 THROUGH 32, INCLUSIVE, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
