NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Order Resetting The Foreclosure Sale entered on October 11, 2023 and entered in Case No. 2023-CA-004294 in the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein MATTHEW RAMEY and PATIENCE RAMEY., are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com on December 1, 2023 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK E, LAKE PARKER MANOR UNIT NUMBER ONE, PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE 16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as 2717 KATHRYN AVE, LAKELAND, FL 33805
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
