UNIT 141, RIDGEWOOD MEADOWS, A LAND CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1068, PAGES 2601 THROUGH 2677, AS AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 15, PAGES 110 THROUGH 118, AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 17, PAGE 64, AND CONDOMINIUM BOOK 19, PAGES 107 THROUGH 114, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 141 OSPREY CIR, ELLENTON, FL 34222; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on January 4, 2024 at 11:00 A.M..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
