NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 11-2022-CA-001509-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is the Plaintiff and Allison Merry Walters a/k/a Allison M. Walters; Fronterra Property Owners' Association, Inc.; David Ray Walters are the Defendants, that Crystal Kinzel, Collier County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, 1st Floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Multipurpose Room in Customer Service, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 14th day of December, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 86, FRONTERRA PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 64, PAGE 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
