NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered on November 2, 2023 and entered in Case No. 2023-CA-003597 NC in the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit and in Sarasota, County, Florida, wherein CENTER STREET LENDING VIII SPE, LLC is the Plaintiff and MARK ANDREW NOVKOVIC, AS TRUSTEE OF THE MILAN NOVKOVIC AND BEBA NOVKOVIC LIVING TRUST U/A DATED APRIL 22, 1998; MARK ANDREW NOVKOVIC, are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, Karen E. Rushing, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at https://www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on January 3, 2024 9:00 AM, following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, WATERSIDE EAST, SIESTA`S BAYSIDE SUBDIVSION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 31, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
And commonly known as 568 VENICE LANE, SARASOTA, FL 34242
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
