NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed September 15, 2023 and entered in Case No. 2018 CA 004093 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR THE WAMU MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-PR4 is Plaintiff and THOMAS R. VAIDIK AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE HELEN S. VAIDIK REVOCABLE TRUST DATED AUGUST 7, 1989; THOMAS R. VAIDIK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF THOMAS R. VAIDIK; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE HELEN S. VAIDIK REVOCABLE TRUST DATED AUGUST 7, 1989; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; ENGLEWOOD ISLES PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. KAREN E. RUSHING, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00 A.M., on December 14, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 60, ENGLEWOOD ISLES, UNIT 4, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGES 32, 32A AND 32B RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
