Mellon fka The Bank Of New York, Not In Its Individual Capacity Solely As The Indenture Trustee Hereunder For The Benefit Of The Noteholders Of GSC Alternative Loan Trust Notes, Series 2006-2, is the Plaintiff and Christie Fisher, Terrance P. Fisher, Windcrest Commons Homeowner's Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough. realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the December 13, 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
