NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Order on Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale entered on November 7, 2023, and the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 23, 2019, in Case No. 18-002393-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein MATRIX FINANCIAL SERVICES CORPORATION, is Plaintiff, and TERRI L. BRYSON, DAVID H. BRYSON, and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID H. BRYSON n/k/a SHEIRLY ERICSSON-BRYSON, are Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 A.M. on the 9th day of January, 2024, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 24, LAKE PASADENA DEVELOPMENT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE(S) 14, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
