Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on November 8, 2023 in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
UNIT A AND B, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF VILLAGE PLAZA AT BAY ISLANDS, A PROFESSIONAL OFFICE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 62, PAGE 95, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED AUGUST 24, 1982 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5391, PAGE 1408, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF
and commonly known as: 2525 Pasadena Ave. South Unit A, South Pasadena, Florida 33707 including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on December 14, 2023 at 10:00 A.M..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
