NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated October 30, 2023 entered in Civil Case No. 22-004469-CI in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NEWREZ LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING, Plaintiff and HECTOR ESTRADA; THELMA E. ESTRADA A/K/A THELMA ELENA ESTRADA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF THELMA E. ESTRADA A/K/A THELMA ELENA ESTRADA; LOANPAL, LLC; GOODLEAP, LLC; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A CARMEN PONCE; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A ALBERT PONCE are defendants, Ken Burke, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 AM on January 17, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
