NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 1, 2023, and entered in Case No. 52-2022-CA-002821 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which U.S. Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Gerald A. Decaro aka Gerald Andrew Decaro, deceased, Morgan Jae De Caro, The Housing Finance Authority of Pinellas County, Madelyn M Decaro, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the December 7, 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 35, BLOCK C, PINE BAY PARK, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGE 94, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH A MOBILE HOME LOCATED THEREON AS A PERMANENT FIXTURE AND APPURTENANCE THERETO, DESCRIBED AS A 1986 DOUBLEWIDE MOBILE HOME BEARING VEHICLE IDENTIFICATION NUMBERS ZZF1336A AND ZZF1336B.
