NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure In Rem dated May 17, 2023 and an Order Canceling and Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 7, 2023, entered in Civil Case No.: 2023CA000223CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF CSMC 2017-RPL1 TRUST, MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2017-RPL1, Plaintiff, and LYNNE ORTIZ; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, are Defendants.
NIKKI ALVAREZ-SOWLES, ESQ., The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 7th day of February, 2024, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK B, WEDGEWOOD VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 150, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.

If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
