(Eastern Time) on DECEMBER 13, 2023. ( ) www.polk.realforeclose.com the Clerk's website for online auctions after first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 105, ROYAL RIDGE PHASE ONE ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 105, PAGES 9 AND 10, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A: 3434 DRAFTFORD DRIVE, DAVENPORT, FL 33837.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
