NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered July 28, 2023 in Civil Case No. 53-2022-CA-000299 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Polk County, Bartow, Florida, wherein CIS FINANCIAL SERVICES, INC. is Plaintiff and Any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against the estate of Helen A. McDonough, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, STACY BUTTERFIELD, CPA, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.polk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 19th day of December, 2023 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 28 AND 28A OF HATCHWOOD ESTATES, PHASE TWO, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 117, PAGES 34 AND 35, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND LOT 28A FURTHER DESCRIBED AS THE SOUTH 251.00 FEET OF THE NORTH 1506.00 FEET OF TRACT A, OF SAID HATCHWOOD ESTATES PHASE TWO. TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN 2004 HOMES OF MERIT DOUBLEWIDE MOBILE HOME VIN#S FLHMBA165449888A AND FLHMBA165449888B AND TITLE #89238209 AND #89238272.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
