Notice is given that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment as to Count I, Foreclosure, and Assessment of Reasonable Attorneys' Fees, entered October 26, 2023, in Case No. 2023CA000074000000 of the Circuit Court for Polk County, Florida in which MAINSTAY FINANCIAL SERVICES LLC is the Plaintiff and ROEYA KHOSHNOODI F/K/A ROEYA LANGMAN; DAVID LANGMAN A/K/A DAVID ANDREW LANGMAN, II; JENNIFER LANGMAN; and FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS are the Defendants, Stacey M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Polk County Courthouse, www.polk.realforeclose.com, Bartow, FL, at 10:00 a.m. on January 2, 2024, the following-described property set forth in the order of Final Judgment:
Lot 9, OAK TRAIL, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 71, Pages 29 and 30, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida. Together with that certain 1989 Manufactured Home, I.D. No(s). GAFLJ54A/B00247LP, being permanently affixed thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
