NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 15th day of November, 2023, in Civil Action No. 2022-CC-000063, of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which ANDRY VILFRANT and NATHALIE LOUISSAINT, A/K/A NATHALIE LOISSAINT, are the Defendants, and ARROWHEAD RESERVE AT LAKE TRAFFORD PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff, CRYSTAL K. KINZEL, CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the 1st floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Multipurpose Room in Customer Service, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 28th day of December, 2023, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Collier County, Florida:
Lot 88, ARROWHEAD RESERVE AT LAKE TRAFFORD - BLOCK “C”, according to the Map or Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 48, Page 15, Public
Records of Collier County, Florida.
