NOTICE
The Manatee County Development Services, Floodplain Section, in accordance with National Flood Insurance Program regulation 65.7(b)(1), hereby gives notice of the Manatee County intent to revise the flood hazard information, generally located West of US 301, North of Erie Road, south of Moccasin Wallow Road along Fort Hammer Road.

Specifically, the flood hazard information shall be revised for Ponds ND_MG-L8, ND_MG-L10, ND_MG-L9, ND_MG-L12, ND_MG-L15, ND_MG-L14, ND-MG-L13, ND_MG-L11, ND_MG-L16, ND_MG-L17, ND_MG-L18, ND_MG-L21, ND_MG-L20, ND_MG-L19 and Nodes ND3471, ND3472, ND3470, ND0050, ND6580, ND6943, ND6940, ND3431, ND3432, ND3430, ND3711, ND3710, ND3427, ND3425, ND3426, ND3424, ND3423, ND3421, ND3420 and ND2550.

As a result of the revision, the 1% annual chance water-surface elevations shall increase and be established, and the 1% annual chance floodplain shall increase, decrease, and be established within the area of revision.
