NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 22-CA-000347 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Ameris Bank s/b/m to Fidelity Bank d/b/a Fidelity Bank Mortgage is the Plaintiff and Aaron Hamburger; Emily Hamburger; Keathel Chauncey, Esq., as Trustee of the Lee County 75 Land Trust; Riverwalk Cove Condominium Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.lee. realforeclose.com, beginning at 09:00 AM on the 20th day of December, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 263, RIVERWALK COVE F/K/A HARBOUR CAY, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 956, PAGE 63, AS AMENDED AND RESTATED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3060, PAGE 3002, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
