NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed October 5, 2023 and entered in Case No. 22-002547-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, SURVIVING SPOUSE, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF RUBENS Q. BARBOSA A/K/A RUBENS QUINTAS BARBOSA A/K/A RUBENS QUINTAS DE SOUSA BARBOSA; CHRISTINE M. BOLTON; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 IN POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY N/K/A SANDRA CAPRICCIO; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 IN POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY; MICHAEL BARBOSA; are defendants. KEN BURKE, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 10:00 A.M., on December 14, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 84, ORANGEPOINT UNIT II, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 73, PAGE 35, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
