PETITION FOR ORDER
AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF COMPENSATION AND EXPENSES OF GUARDIAN IN THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA PROBATE DIVISION

IN RE: GUARDIANSHIP OF
SCOTT CHRISTOPHER CONROD
COMES NOW, Petitioner, LAINE QUATTROCKI and alleges:
1. Pettitioner is the Successor Plenary Guardian of the Person and Property of SCOTT CHRISTOPHER CONROD (Ward).
2. The total amount of all prior fees paid or costs awarded to Petitioner in this proceeding:
Fees: $0.00 Costs: $0.00
3. Petitioner has rendered services as Successor Plenary Guardian of the Ward and incurred expenses from April 29, 2022, through August 27, 2023, as more fully described and set forth in the itemized schedule of services and expenses attached hereto as Exhibit A, for which Petitioner has not been paid.
4. Petitioner's records indicate that during the period of time above 79.1 hours have been devoted to the Ward's interests.
5. Based upon the criteria established by section 744.108(2), Florida Statutes, Petitioner is of the opinion that reasonable compensation for the services performed by Petitioner is $50.00 per hour.
6. Petitioner calculates the reasonable fee for services rendered to the Ward, based upon the figures presentated in items 3 through 5 above, is $3,955.00 with costs incurred of $53.32 for a total of $4,008.32.
7. Based on a review of the Annual Accounting filed on June 21, 2023, which is Docket No. 107, the Ward's assets may not be sufficient to pay the guardian's fees. Any amounts not paid will be paid should the Ward receive additional assets.
8. The examining committee fees were waived, as the Ward was found indigent.
9. There are not any outstanding Order to File Documents and/or Orders Disapproving.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests an Order be entered awarding Petitioner reasonable compensation for the services rendered and expenses incurred by Petitioner for the Ward's benefit and authorizing and directing that such compensation and expenses be paid from the Ward's assets.
