NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 19th day of September, 2023 and entered in CASE NO.: 2022 CC 005863, of the County Court in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein Bridgeford Crossing Homeowners' Association, Inc., is Plaintiff, and Tara Lennette Hines and Independent Savings Plans Company d/b/a ISPC, I will sell to the highest and best bidder at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on the 24th day of October, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 128, Birdgeford Crossing, according to the Map or Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 140, Page(s) 10 and 11, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
