NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Award of Attorneys Fees and Costs, dated August 14, 2023, and entered in Case Number: 2022-CA-003392, of the Circuit Court in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein HIGHLAND FAIRWAYS PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff, and ESTATE AND UNKNOWN HEIRS OF MARILYN J. CHAMBERLIN, individually; and SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; are the Defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale on-line at www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on the 30th day of October, 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Award of Attorneys Fees and Costs, to-wit:
