NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered on September 19, 2023, in Civil Action No. 2019-CA-003591, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which the Plaintiff, QCB PROPERTIES, LLC, an Illinois limited liability company, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd Floor, in Collier County, Florida at 11:00am on the 2nd day of November, 2023 for the real property located in:
Unit 4, EVERGLADES CITY CLUB RESTAURANT AND MARINA, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Record Book 735, Page 427, Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with its undivided interest in the common elements.
