NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 27th day of September 2023, and entered in Case No. 11-2022-CA-002201-0001-XX , of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Mortgage Assets Management, LLC is the Plaintiff and KRIS COPPENS A/K/A KRISTINE LYNN COPPENS A/K/A KRIS L. COPPENS A/K/A KRISTINE L. COPPENS; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ROBERT E. COPPENS A/K/A ROBERT EDWARD COPPENS A/K/A ROBERT COPPENS; MICHAEL COPPENS A/K/A MICHAEL E. COPPENS A/K/A MICHAEL L. COPPENS; KATHY COPPENS A/K/A KATHRYN LYNN COPPENS A/K/A KATHY LYNN COPPENS A/K/A KATHRYN L. COPPENS; PATTI BARTOSCH A/K/A PATTI M. BARTOSCH A/K/A PATRICIA M. BARTOSCH; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT and NAPLES BATH AND TENNIS CLUB, UNIT H, INC. are defendants. Crystal K. Kinzel as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Ste 203, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 on the 7th day of December 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
APARTMENT NO. 1600A, NAPLES BATH AND TENNIS CLUB, UNIT H, A CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED AT OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 992, PAGES 1166 THROUGH 1211 INCLUSIVE, OF THE CURRENT PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER THE FUNDS ARE REPORTED AS UNCLAIMED, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
