TO: THE UNKNOWN TRUSTEES OF THE SEGUIN FAMILY TRUST, THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE SEGUIN FAMILY TRUST, RON SEGUIN, BARBARA SEGUIN, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ABOVE-NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANTS WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DIVISEES, GRANTEES, SUCCESSORS, BENFICIARIES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS.
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a lien on the following described property in Lee County, Florida:
Unit Number 203 of Building A, of Ballynahinch Condominium, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1870 at Page 980, and all amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, together with an undivided 1/28th interest in and to the common elements as described in said Declaration of Condominium appurtenant thereto, as amended.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses and answer to the complaint on the Plaintiff's attorney, KEITH H. HAGMAN, ESQ., The Pavese Law Firm, P.O. Box 1507, Fort Myers, FL 33902 and file the original in the offices of the Clerk of the Circuit Court within thirty (30) days after the first publication of the Notice, otherwise, the allegations of the complaint will be taken as confessed.
This notice shall be published once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in Lee County, Florida.
