NOTICE OF RULE DEVELOPMENT BY THE WATERLEAF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
In accordance with Chapters 120 and 190, Florida Statutes, the Waterleaf Community Development District (“the District”) hereby gives notice of its intention to adopt its proposed Rules Relating to Street Parking and Enforcement (the “Rules”) relating to on-street parking, overnight parking and parking enforcement on District streets.
The purpose and effect of the proposed Rules are to provide for proper and efficient operation of District streets and to maintain compliance with applicable law. Specific legal authority for the proposed Rules and the adoption of the proposed Rules includes, without limitation, Sections 120.54, 190.011(5), 190.011(15), 190.012, and 715.07 Florida Statutes. The specific laws implemented in the proposed Rules include, without limitation, Sections 190.011(5), 190.012(2), 190.012(3), 190.041, and 715.07 Florida Statutes.
A public hearing on the adoption of the proposed Rules will be conducted by the District on Monday, November 13, 2023 at 5:30 p.m. at Hillsborough County Library, Riverview, 9951 Balm Riverview Road, Riverview, FL 33569.
