NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 21-CA-007090 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Citizens Bank NA F/K/A RBS Citizens NA is the Plaintiff and Melissa Turner a/k/a Melissa Rose Turner; Unknown Spouse of Melissa Turner a/k/a Melissa Rose Turner; SERVHL Underlying Trust 2019-1; Medallion Bank; Boyette Farms Homeowners' Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Cindy Stuart, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, http://www.hillsborough. realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 24th day of October, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 3, BOYETTE FARMS PHASE 2A, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 90, PAGE(S) 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
