NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 19-003205-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR THE NOTEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2005-HYB9, Plaintiff, and, HEFFEZ, NELLY, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 12th day of December, 2023, the following described property:
UNIT 4-0041, OF TUSCANY AT INNISBROOK, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 13844, AT PAGE 1800 - 1904, AND CONDO PLAT BOOK 133, PAGE 85 - 107, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
