NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on September 26, 2023, in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the Office of Ken Burke, Clerk of the Court, shall sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
All of the rights, title and interest in the Proprietary Lease to Apt. No. 307, in Seminole Gardens Apartment No. 26-E, Inc., situated on real estate in Pinellas County, Florida, as shown on Exhibit A attached hereto, which Lease has an expiration date of 30/JUNE/2069, including any equity he might own in that apartment or any assets of Seminole Gardens Apartment No.26-E Inc. and including Stock Certificate No. 169, representing 3.58 shares of Seminole Gardens Apartment No. 26-E, Inc., and other incidents of ownership arising out of the ownership of the Proprietary Lease. The Assignment of Proprietary Lease being foreclosed is recorded as Instrument #2011205326 in O.R. Book 17320 at Page 967.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on NOVEMBER 6, 2023, beginning at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
