AS TRUSTEE FOR MORTGAGE ASSETS MANAGEMENT SERIES I TRUST is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF JOSEPH J. ANCONA, DECEASED; BILL NICCOLAI; UNKNOWN SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE JOSEPH J. ANCONA AND FRANCES C. ANCONA TRUST, UNDER TRUST DATED 7/5/94; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE JOSEPH J. ANCONA AND FRANCES C. ANCONA TRUST, UNDER TRUST DATED 7/5/94; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; ASBURY ARMS OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT NO. 120, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF ASBURY ARMS, A CONDOMINIUM, SECTION ONE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 37, PAGES 96 THROUGH 99, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED NOVEMBER 5 ,1979 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4937, PAGE 2149 THROUGH 2217 AND AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5691, PAGE 990, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE AND UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
