NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated September 20, 2023 in the above-styled cause, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 26th day of October, 2023 the following described real property:
Lot 15, of Euclid Heights Subdivision, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 19, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
