NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 22, 2023, issued in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in Case No. 2022-CA-003865, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF CABANA SERIES V TRUST is the Plaintiff, and MICHAEL MITCHELL A/K/A MICHAEL MITCHELL, SR., MAUNYA MITCHELL A/K/A MAUNYAH MITCHELL, DISCOVER BANK and UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A JANE DOE are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on October 26, 2023, at electronic sale beginning at 10:00 AM, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com the following-described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:
