NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 2021CA002888000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of James C. Perkins a/k/a James Chance Perkins, Deceased; Candace Holiday Perkins a/k/a Candace H. Perkins a/k/a Candace Perkins f/k/a Candace Renee Stellato f/k/a Candace Stellato f/k/a Candace Renee Holiday are the Defendants, that Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 6th day of December, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK A, MORNINGSIDE PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGES 45 AND 46, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
