HIEBER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID HIEBER A/K/A DAVID C. HIEBER N/K/A KARRIE HIEBER; REALTY MORTGAGE CORPORATION are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk. realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on November 07, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

LOT 8, AND RUNNING SOUTHERLY TO THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF LOT 10 TO A POINT LOCATED 46.20 FEET NORTHEASTERLY OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 10.
