NOTICE is hereby given that a civil action commenced on July 17, 2023, and is now pending as case number 2023-CA-003891 in the Circuit Court in the State of Florida, County of Pasco.

and the nature of the proceeding is a partition on Real Property - Non-Homestead $1 - $50,000 or less.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer publication.
Each defendant is required to serve written defenses to the Complaint on plaintiff's attorney, Stefanny Rosales, Esq., whose address is 10853 Boyette Road, Riverview, FL 33569, due on or before November 13, 2023 on or before the 30th day after the first publication of this Notice, and to file the original of the defenses with the clerk of this court either before service on plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter. If a defendant fails to do so, a default will be entered against that defendant for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
