The action was instituted in the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court, Pasco County, Florida, and is styled DEBORAH MCCALLEN AND PATRICIA S. HUGHES vs. JOSEPH R. MCCALLEN, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE BETTY L. McCALLEN REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED MARCH 26, 1998.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action on Douglas J. Amidon, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 7204 Massachusetts Ave., NEW PORT RICHEY, FL 34653, on or before November 13th, 2023, and file the original with the clerk of this court, either before service on Douglas J. Amidon or immediately after service; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
The Court has authority in this suit to enter a judgment or decree in the Plaintiff's interest which will be binding upon you.
