NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Order on Plaintiff's Motion to October Reset Foreclosure Sale entered on August 11, 2023 and Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on July 26, 2023, in Case No. 2018 CA 001625 of the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE RMAC SERIES 2016-CTT, is Plaintiff, and FRANCISCO F. HERNANDEZ; CRISTINA HERNANDEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CRISTINA HERNANDEZ; MARIA D.GONZALEZ; RODOLFO BARRERA; MARIANO GARCIA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARIANO GARCIA; CAPITAL ONE BANK FSB; NAPLES COMMUNITY HOSPITAL; FASLO SOLUTIONS, LLC; CATERPILLAR FINANCIAL SERVICES CORP; SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; MIDLAND FUNDING; CACH LLC; CAVALRY SPV I, LLC; CARMEL FINANCIAL CORPORATION, and UNKNOWN TENANT I N/K/A JOSE SAN JUAN are Defendants, the Office of Crystal K.
