TO ALL PERSONS HAVING CLAIMS OR DEMANDS AGAINST THE ABOVE ESTATE:
The ancillary administration of the estate of WADE THOMAS ENNIS, deceased, case no. 2023-CP-1737, is pending in the Circuit Court for Collier County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112. The names and addresses of the ancillary personal representative and that the personal representative's attorney are set forth below.
Creditors of the decedent must file claims against the estate with the court within the later of three months after the date of the first publication of the notice to creditors or thirty days after the date of service of a copy of this notice on the creditor, or before earlier barred by Florida Statutes Section 733.710.
