Final Judgment was awarded on September 26, 2023 in Civil Case No. 2020-CA-003382-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein, MTGLQ INVESTORS, LP is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, SURVIVING SPOUSE, GRANTEES,; SHANTRINA GARRETT; AURIEL ODOM; TERRANCE GARRETT; MARCUS GARRETT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LORETTA L. LOT 12, MALIBU GROVES, SECOND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 41, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; SAID LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
